Discovering Charlotte

My first REAL day at American Eagle was great :) I greeted the customers as they walked in, I sounded like a broken record though.  ”Hi, all of our sweaters are buy one get one half off, and our clearance is an extra 30% off!” <— That was said about ten thousand times. I am still SO paranoid about talking into the mic though, we all wear headsets and whatever you say EVERYONE can hear. At one point somebody needed a medium in a shirt and we didn’t have one on the table. So, I proceed to describe the shirt over the mic as “a long sleeve shirt with an eagle on it…” then I realized I just described half of our stock. Needless to say, I corrected myself rather quickly! Can’t wait to see what all happens on black friday! :D Headed home at 8:00am tomorrow for Thanksgiving :) HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
